HK Day 1: Arrive at HKIA

HKIA looks so much more organized and modern compared to KLIA, one wonders how the heck KLIA got voted for the best airport sometime ago. Not long after we stepped out from the airplane. We heard this...

Announcer: "Please take note, a stage 5 typhoon is going to hit HK. All planes will be grounded until 5pm."

Oh wow.. lucky we landed.

Note: Seems like the typhoon took a u-turn and headed toward China later that day.

HK Trip Day 1 - Depart KLIA

This has been long overdue. Oh well here it is. Only managed to get 1 hour+ sleep due to the wife rushing to complete something. Afterwhich we took the airport limo or rather van to the airport around 6 in the morning. There were 2 choices of inflight food. One was the omellet shown, another was the seafood noodle. Luckily i picked the omellet because according to the wife and my parents, the seafood noodle is lousy. :p
