After so many years missing out on the Chinese New Year festivities in Foh Guang Shan, we decided no matter what, this year we must make a trip there. People who been there always commented how awesome the decorations and lights are. So here are some pictures.

There was also this path with 33 statues of the goddess of mercy. Here are some photos of the statues I took:

There was also a parade going on during the weekends when we were there.
This Buddha statue was located in the “Magnificent hall” right in the center of the Dong Zhen temple.
This is website for Dong Zhen temple. Definitely worth going there if you haven’t been there during the Chinese New Year period.
